If I purchase today, when does my first order ship?
If you purchase a subscription plan we will begin processing your order immediately.
You will typically receive your order in 3-5 business days.
Does my subscription include shipping?
Yes, our subscription plan includes the cost of shipping on all of your monthly orders.
Please note our plan prices do not include tax.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel on your account page or you can email our team at cs@groovythingsco.com for assistance with canceling.
Will my plan auto renew?
No, our prepaid plans will not auto renew, once the 6 months or 12 months has passed your plan will expire and you will not be charged again.
Our monthly plan will automatically renew until you cancel.
Can I return or exchange my subscription items?
We offer one free return or exchange on our prepaid subscription plans for the duration of the plan.
We do not allow returns on the payment method for subscription but we can offer a gift card value for returned items.
We offer one free return or exchange on the monthly plan after you've been subscribed for 6 months.
There is a $12 exchange fee to cover the cost of your shipping labels. Please note items must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for returns and exchanges.
