Refund policy


We want you to be 100% happy with the things we make and send to you. That's why we have a 100% happiness guarantee. We stand behind our awesome products, and the people that work hard to get them to you. If you’d like to make a return or exchange, please read the full details of the policy!

Note: This return policy is for retail customers only. Wholesale customers can find their return policy on the invoice sent to them.

If you're not fully satisfied with the purchase, you can return your order to Groovy Things Co, at no cost to you, for a full refund (excluding shipping cost).

Returns and Exchanges:
Get a refund within 30 days of delivery, or within 60 days of delivery if your purchase was made during November and December (holidays get crazy, we get it). If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask they be in new condition (ie: unworn and tags are still attached). 

Groovy Things Co is here to help and there's always an exception to the rule. If you have an item that's past the 30 day window, please don't hesitate to reach out. We offer free exchanges or store credit up to 90 days of delivery.

Damaged Upon Arrival:
Defects rarely make it past our team, but they can happen on occasion. If your item arrives defective, with an issue such as a snag, tear, hole, or cosmetic flaw, we want the chance to make it right. We are happy to replace, exchange, or refund for any defective item upon arrival.

Damaged / Premature Wear: If your socks develop a hole, show premature wear, or become damaged within 90 days of delivery, we are happy to replace them or offer store credit. We believe in the quality of the products we make, but defects can happen. If you have worn and washed your socks a few times and notice an issue, please reach out to cs@groovythingsco.com with a description of the problem and photos so we can report the damage to our manufacture. We'd be happy to send a replacement pair, process an exchange, or provide store credit.

Exclusions:
Please note we do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on gift cards or subscription boxes. Those items will be considered final sale. 

International Customers:

We do not offer free returns and exchanges for international orders.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for obtaining a return tracking number.
